Let me introduce myself, my name is Elaine Bothwell, (B.ed Hons NLP Master Practitioner/ Trainer) the founder of Synergy Business Coaching, and I am passionate about change, growth, personal development, and empowering women. As a woman myself I have experienced bullying in the workplace, put downs, lack of self esteem, low confidence and overreaction to managers requests of me, unfortunately the list could go on. But now that has all changed.
Through self coaching and a lot of hard work I got the results I needed to make my personal and business life work for me. Results are the name of the game for me, tangible results that makes a difference to how I conduct myself at work or in business.
